Sir Donald George Bradman AC, nicknamed “The Don”, was an Australian international cricketer, widely acknowledged as the greatest batsman of all time. His cricketing successes have been claimed by Shane Warne, among others, to make Bradman the “greatest sportsperson” in history. Don Bradman passed away in 2001 aged 92.
This full size replica bat has been nicely presented in a case. Approx dimensions are 115 x 49 x 18 cm. The affixed card is personally signed by Don Bradman.
This item was purchased at a charity auction held in Canberra, for the Marlene Harrison-Gray Memorial Trust (3 March 2002).
